Flagler County Heating & Air Conditioning (FCHAC) was established in 1975 and is the oldest Carrier air conditioning dealer in Flagler County.  The company is owned by Sinclair and Karen Stickle who have continued supplying quality heating and air conditioning systems and service to Flagler, Volusia, Putnam and St. Johns Counties. Sinclair, having over fifty years of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning has worked in service, engineering design and manufacturing of air conditioning systems including five years in design and manufacturing of solar collectors.  Before coming to Florida, Sinclair was vice president of a digital controls company which provided computerized control systems for HVAC equipment in large commercial buildings.  FCHAC specializes in new construction, heating and air conditioning installation and service, commercial refrigeration and indoor air quality systems.
